Based on National strategies, market objectives are outlined with both supplier and distributor. There is a clear plan of action designed to direct each brand towards achieving its market potential.
The business is actively managed. The philosophy is to direct efforts within the market, as well as throughout the ranks of distributor management teams and their sales force.

Market presence is supported through the efforts of a Regional Manager, Administrative Director, and Clerical Office staff.
