Viognier is a white grape variety indigenous to the Rhône Valley of France. We are so taken with this beautifully aromatic varietal that we have dedicated 10 acres of our estate vineyard to the grape. The wine is sourced from a specified singular vineyard block – the Cushman E block – chosen to showcase its distinct flavors and characteristics.  The intense aromatics and flavor profiles signature to Viognier develop in this block at lower brix levels, allowing for earlier harvest and to consciously balance the alcohol, acid, and flavors. As a result, a complexly delicious wine emerges.
